Numbering/Labeling/Gluing
"Got a tip for you, although is does seems so simple that I am
sure everyone has figured this one out. For the really tiny pieces,
like in the snowflakes for the Winter picture, I put a few drops of glue
on a piece of
paper, then I used tweezers to pick out the pieces, dab them in the glue,
then place them in the picture. Sure saved me a lot of cleaning off when I finally thought of it."
"Some of the
pieces can be quite small and marking the part number can be difficult
I have found that by putting the piece on a Post-It note with the number
written on the Post-It, it is a good way to keep track of them."
"I completed
the red mill Woodscape kit and I absolutely love it. I also have a tip
you might want to share with others. I numbered 19 large Ziploc baggies
1-19 and as I punched out the pieces, I placed them in the corresponding
bag. When I was all done, I checked each bag to see if all the
pieces were in there. Then, when it came time to stain them, they were
already separated."
